Which loading modules does ACME Laser Romania offer?
ACME Laser Romania offers four ACME loading modules: A, B and Y, which feed material to the line, and the side-mounted H loader, fitted where the line layout requires it. Variant B can be adapted to very long tubes.
What does the H module for automatic horizontal feeding do?
The H module for automatic horizontal feeding brings material into the machine horizontally, as part of the automatic loading process, with no manual feeding. It is not the same as the side-mounted H loader: both carry the letter H, but the latter mounts on the side of the machine. Which one suits you depends on the line layout.
What does the ACME line with automated storage do?
The line with automated material storage connects the storage system to the rest of the line, so less material is moved by hand along the way. It is a complete line, not a separate module like the A, B, H and Y loaders. It is configured to suit the material and process in your workshop.
How do I choose the right ACME automation modules for my line?
The right modules depend on your material and process: what you work with (tube, profiles or sheet), how material enters the machine and whether you need a complete line with automated storage. On that basis, ACME Laser Romania recommends the combination of loading, feeding and storage modules that suits your configuration.
Where can I see ACME machines at work, and how long does a quote take?
You can see ACME machines at work in a demo on a real machine in our own production facility in Cluj-Napoca, where an LT-12055TKA (T Series) and an LHM are in operation. We reply to quote requests for automation modules within 1–2 working days. The machines come with a 24-month warranty.
