24-month warranty
All ACME machines come with a 24-month warranty. Consumables are not covered by the warranty. The exact terms for your chosen model are set out in your written quotation.
Spare parts and consumables
We keep consumables and common spare parts in stock, all genuine. Send us the machine model and the part you need, and we take care of delivery. Special parts are supplied to order.

What does the 24-month warranty on ACME machines cover?
All ACME laser machines come with a 24-month warranty. The warranty does not cover consumables, such as nozzles and protective lenses; we keep these in stock. We confirm the exact terms for your model in your written quotation, before you order.
How do I order parts or consumables for an ACME machine?

How long does it take to install and commission an ACME machine?
It depends on the machine and on how well prepared your facility is. We give you the exact schedule before delivery, together with what needs to be prepared on site. Transport, customs clearance, insurance, acceptance inspection, installation and operator training are included; installation and training take place at your site, on the machine you will be working with.
What should I do if my ACME machine has a technical problem?
Call or email us and we will talk it through in Romanian. We diagnose the problem together with you, and when an on-site visit is needed, we send our local service team. If a common part needs replacing, we supply it from stock. We resolve complex cases together with engineers at the manufacturer's factory.
