The G Series is the three-chuck laser machine for Ø10–350 mm tubes and profiles, designed for fabricators who run high volumes and want to use every tube right to the end. It comes in 4 models, with lengths of 6–12 m, tubes up to 1,850 kg, 1–30 kW of power and zero remnant.
Cuts round, square and rectangular tube, H-beams, I-beams and channels, angles and special profiles, with diameters of Ø10–350 mm, lengths of 6–12 m and weights of up to 1,850 kg. All of them are cut on one machine, with no need for a dedicated machine per shape.
02
Full-stroke chucks
The jaws cover the whole diameter range without manual changeover, so the machine no longer stops for adjustment when you switch from one profile to another. The clamping force is twice that of standard chucks.
03
Zero remnant
With no remnant, the tube is used right to the end, even when the nesting is complex. At high volumes, the material saved shows up directly in the cost per part.
04
3D bevel cutting ±45° (V, Y, X, K)
Cuts V, Y, X or K bevels, as well as variable-angle bevels. The cut comes out clean and burr-free, and needs no further finishing.
05
100 m/min positioning
Servo motors drive positioning at up to 100 m/min. The machine moves quickly from one cut to the next, and the idle time between parts drops.
Key capabilities
The G Series difference
Full-stroke square chucks
Eight-cylinder design, with twice the clamping force of standard chucks.
Three synchronised chucks, zero remnant
All 3 chucks are movable, and the middle one shifts to the right to release the last part cleanly too. The tube is used right to the end, with minimal waste.
7-axis drive
Cuts the tube along its full length of 6, 9 or 12 m, depending on the model. The 3 chucks work in sync and keep the tube from shifting, so the parts come out to size.

Technology
Inside the G Series
01 / 03
±45° bevel cutting
No special head is needed: the standard laser head cuts at an angle of up to ±45°, in V, Y, X or K, for the usual weld preps.
02 / 03
Static cutting
On some models, an additional Y-axis with a 300 mm stroke moves only the head, while the tube or profile stays put. The heavy part is held steady, and parts come out to size even at high speed.
At the end of every tube, standard machines leave a piece that you throw away. Here, nothing is left. The three chucks, all movable, work in sync and release the last part from the tube too: a 0 mm remnant. The range runs from Ø10 to Ø350 mm, on tubes of 6, 9 or 12 m.
Up to Ø350 mm, the G Series is also an option; above that, the T and TN Series take over, going up to Ø840 mm and 3 t. ±45° bevels in V, Y, X or K are cut here too, and the cut comes out burr-free.
FAQ
Questions about the G Series
What tube diameters does the G Series cut?
The G Series cuts tubes and profiles from Ø10 to Ø350 mm, depending on the model: Ø10–180 mm on the 6018GH, Ø15–250 mm on the 6026GA, Ø15–280 mm on the 9028GY and Ø30–350 mm on the 12036GKA. Besides round, square and rectangular tube, it also clamps H-beams, I-beams, channels, angles and special profiles. The chuck jaws cover the whole range without manual changeover.
What does “zero remnant” mean on the G Series?
It means the G Series uses the tube right to the end: the remnant is 0 mm on all 4 models. The machine has 3 movable chucks, and the last part comes out cleanly because the middle chuck shifts to the right. Standard machines leave a piece at the end of the tube that can no longer be used. At high volumes, the material saved shows in the cost per part.
What laser power does the G Series have?
All 4 G Series models (6018GH, 6026GA, 9028GY and 12036GKA) work with 1–30 kW laser sources. You choose the model according to tube diameter and length, from Ø10–180 mm on 6 m to Ø30–350 mm on 12 m, and the power according to the material, the wall thickness and your production volume.
What types of bevel does the G Series cut?
On the G Series, bevels of up to ±45° are cut in V, Y, X and K geometries, plus variable-angle bevels. No separate head needs to be fitted for this: the bevels are cut by the same laser head that cuts the rest of the part. The weld prep comes straight off the machine, the same one that cuts the tubes and profiles.
What positioning speed does the G Series reach?
The G Series moves the tube at up to 100 m/min, on servo motors. This speed pays off in the pauses between cuts: the material reaches the next position quickly, and the cycle for each part gets shorter. With nests of many parts from a single tube, over a whole shift, the gain adds up.
What tube lengths and workpiece weights does the G Series take?
The G Series loads tubes up to 6,300 mm on the 6018GH and 6026GA, 9,300 mm on the 9028GY and 12,300 mm on the 12036GKA. The maximum unloading length is 6,000, 9,000 and 12,000 mm respectively. The maximum workpiece weight increases with the model: 240 kg, 300 kg, 500 kg and 1,850 kg on the 12036GKA.
Who installs the G Series in Romania?
Installation and commissioning of a G Series machine are carried out by our own technical team in Romania, directly at your premises. After start-up, our technicians also take care of maintenance and repairs. Nozzles, lenses and other critical components are in stock in Romania, so spare parts arrive in days, not weeks.
Tell us about your application — material, typical diameters, wall thickness, monthly volume. We will reply in writing with the configuration we recommend.
