When will I receive a quotation for an ACME machine?
The written quotation for an ACME laser machine arrives within 1–2 working days. Before that, we contact you by phone or email to clarify your application: which materials you process, at what thicknesses and in what monthly volume. Based on this information, we choose the configuration we recommend and include it in the quotation.
Where can I see an ACME machine in operation?
The demo takes place on a real machine, in our own production facility in Cluj-Napoca. Two ACME machines cut there every day: an LT-12055TKA (T Series) and an LHM. You can watch them cutting live before you make any decision. The day and time of the demo are agreed when you book.
What is included in the price of an ACME machine?
The price of an ACME machine includes transport, customs clearance, insurance, acceptance inspection, installation and operator training. The machine is delivered to your facility and handed over in working order, ready for production. We confirm the exact terms for the chosen model and configuration in the written quotation you receive.
What warranty do ACME machines come with?
All ACME machines come with a 24-month warranty. Consumables, such as nozzles and protective lenses, are not covered by the warranty. You will find the exact terms for the chosen model in the written quotation. After installation, we remain your point of contact: consumables and common spare parts in stock, and technical support in Romanian.
